On Thanksgiving Day, Mildmay recognised the dedication of our wonderful volunteers with a celebratory lunch, short presentation of token gifts, and music led by our friend Dominic with Dr Ben. Our volunteers’ support is integral to our work. As Christmas approaches and World AIDS Day nears, we honour lives, recognise progress and renew our commitment to compassionate, inclusive HIV care. Thank you to all our volunteers.

This year’s World AIDS Day Red Run brought thousands of people together in a cold, wet, but incredibly inspiring show of solidarity. The event raised over £216,000 for 31 HIV charities, with Team Mildmay contributing our highest total yet. A day full of love and community, honouring the heroes who shaped the HIV movement and reminding us how much we can achieve together.

Mildmay marked its 40th anniversary with a special reception celebrating our history, honouring Lord Fowler with the newly named Lord Fowler Rehabilitation Centre, and welcoming Lord Smith as our new President. The event brought together former CEO’s, former and current staff, trustees, Patrons, health and social care professionals, community and organisation partners, supporters, and friends to reflect on Mildmay’s journey so far and its future direction.
