Referrals and forms
Mildmay Hospital is a specialist inpatient facility providing NHS-contracted care across multiple clinical pathways: complex HIV rehabilitation, step-down homeless medical care, the London Detox Pathway (operated by CGL) and post-detoxification recovery.
We accept referrals from healthcare professionals across the UK and hold NHS contracts with most Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) across London. Our Admissions Manager can advise on pathway suitability, funding, and the pre-admission assessment process before a formal referral is submitted.
