Our Infection and Prevention Control Inspection went very well this morning. The inspector frequently used words and phrases such as 'this is spotless', 'this is excellent and very clean' and 'you have set the bar very high'.
She stated that the environment is pleasant, clean, welcoming and appears to be calm, caring and therapeutic. Staff are highly compliant regarding uniform (where applicable), hand hygiene and correct glove use.
