Our old machine is awaiting disposal

Our previous dishwasher had served us for well over ten years, but under the strain of constant operation, it began to break down frequently. These disruptions were more than just inconvenient; they impacted our kitchen's efficiency and posed a challenge to maintaining the rapid turnaround and rigorous cleanliness required to support patient health and safety.

Recognising this as an essential need, we recently had to make the decision to replace the old machine with a new, reliable, high-capacity model designed for the demands of a commercial kitchen.

This vital upgrade ensures our kitchen team can continue their crucial work without interruption, providing meals and maintaining impeccable hygiene standards that directly contribute to the health, comfort, and recovery of everyone in our care.

The cost of this essential piece of equipment was just under £3,000 inc VAT. While this was an unplanned but necessary investment in our infrastructure, having a fully functional, reliable dishwasher is fundamental to our daily operations.
