Produced by NOVA Medical School Nutritional Sciences students Marta Bastos, Mafalda Martins, Mariana Silva and Mariana Veiga during their 2026 internship at Mildmay.

Sleep plays a vital role in recovery, immune function and overall wellbeing.

The leaflet includes practical suggestions that can be incorporated into evening routines, alongside brief explanations of the emerging research behind them.
