It is important that we hear and record our patients’ views on the services they have received from us.
The information we gather is key to helping us to make improvements where necessary and our patients are encouraged to give good and bad feedback by telling us about it via a simple feedback form.
Until recently, we depended on a paper-based form handed to each patient before discharge. Now, as part of our digital development, we have put the form online. Patients can now respond at their leisure.
The form is easy to find on our website and we also have posters positioned in the wards and around the hospital, from which patients can scan the QR code with their phones to access the form directly.
