We were thrilled to see the recent article in MyLondon explore the story behind the Mildmay line.

The piece, written by trainee journalist Lauren, delves into the history of Mildmay Hospital and its pivotal role in caring for patients with HIV/AIDS.

Lauren thoughtfully interviewed both current and former staff members, along with a former patient, Jason, to gain a well-rounded perspective on Mildmay's legacy. The resulting article serves as a powerful testament to the impact of our work and the enduring significance of the Mildmay Line.

We are incredibly grateful to Lauren for her insightful article raising awareness about HIV/AIDS. We would also like to express our sincere thanks to those who participated in the interviews, particularly Jason, whose voice adds a deeply personal touch to the story.

The Mildmay line will serve as a permanent reminder of our mission and the countless individuals who have entrusted us with their care. We are immensely proud to continue this legacy of service and to play a meaningful role in the lives of our patients and the wider community.
